My name is Kate Piscopo and I am a Certified Wellness Coach. I work with and support people who are very stressed and help them to manage their stress effectively so they can achieve better health and balance and live happier and healthier.
I have been a licensed massage therapist for 20 years, specializing in stress management and chronic pain. In 2018, I became a Certified Wellness Coach. Since then, I have expanded my practice in healing modalities for stress and pain management. I am a Holy Fire Level 3 Reiki Master and a Certified Crystal and Chakra Healer, as well as an Intuition Coach. I am currently in training as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, and Yoga Teacher.
I offer one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching, workshops and retreats. My areas of expertise include career coaching, stress management, mindfulness coaching, and personal and spiritual development.
There was a time in my life when I was stressed to the max. (Heck, sometimes, I still am!). I didn't even know what self care was. I longed for a massive shift in mindset, but didn't know where to turn for advice. That was until I came to the understanding that life didn't have to be so dang difficult and downright depressing. I took control of my stress levels and renewed my connection to myself. Now I want to share how I did it with you!
